Blacklist Notifier The BlackList notifier is a free real-time monitoring service that allows you to submit up to 5 IPS to be permanently monitored against being blacklisted. Each time one of your submitted IPs encounters a change of status in at least one of the checked DNS blacklists, you will be automatically notified by email.
